Login Security

You can make various security-related settings for logging into Moaform.

Authentication steps

• You can set up 2-step authentication using a mobile authenticator.
• Google Authenticator and Microsoft Authenticator are available. You can download these via both Google play store and Apple app store.
• You can set up an alternative authentication method for situations where 2-step authentication is not possible.
  • If you select 'Receive authentication link via Moaform account email', a link will be sent to your account email when you cannot perform 2-step authentication. Clicking this link will bypass the 2-step authentication.
  • Please make sure your Moaform account email is verified. If you have not yet verified your Moaform account email, first verify your email address before using this option.
  • If you select 'Do not provide alternative methods', you will not be able to log in if you can't perform 2-step authentication.
• The '2-step authentication' option is available only to PRO service users.

IP Restrictions

• You can specify that you can only log into Moaform from designated IP addresses.
• You can register up to 10 IP addresses.
• You can choose a way to handle situations where you cannot connect from the designated IP address.
  • If you select 'Get IP restriction settings link via Moaform account email', a link that allows you to change this settings will be sent to your account email when you cannot connect from the designated IP. Clicking this link allows you to change this setting and add your current IP address to gain access.
  • Please make sure your Moaform account email is verified. If you have not yet verified your Moaform account email, first verify your email address before using this option.
  • If you select 'Do not provide alternative methods', there will be no alternative login method if you cannot log in from the designated IP.
• The 'IP restrictions' option is available only to PRO service users.

Inactive Logout

• If you are logged in and do not take any action on the Moaform page for a certain amount of time, you will be automatically logged out.
• You can set the inactive logout time somewhere from 10 minutes to 6 hours.
• The 'Inactive Logout' option is available only to PRO service users.

Login Records

• All sessions logged into this account are displayed.
• Clicking 'Disconnect' next to each session will terminate that session.
• Clicking 'Disconnect All' will terminate all sessions except for the current one.
• Each session shows all login records for that account, so there may be records of the same IP and browser. Not all sessions represent independent users or devices. For example, multiple logins from the same device and browser will all be recorded. Please keep this in mind.
