Reporting an error

When an error occurs, we may ask for Developer Tools (DevTools) information to accurately identify the issue. If requested, please follow the guide below to capture the error details and send them to us. This will greatly help in resolving the problem.

 

1. Open Developer Tools

In most browsers, you can open the Developer Tools window by pressing the F12 key on your keyboard.

Depending on the browser or settings, this window may appear at the bottom of the screen.

 

2. Check for Console Errors

  1. Refresh the page and click the "Console" tab in the Developer Tools window.
  2. Try to reproduce the error.
  3. Take a screenshot that includes all messages displayed in the Console tab. If the content is long, scroll down to capture everything in the screenshot.

3. Check for Network Errors

  1. Refresh the page and click the "Network" tab in the Developer Tools window.
  2. Try to reproduce the error.
  3. Take a screenshot that includes all messages displayed in the Network tab. If the content is long, scroll down to capture everything in the screenshot.

In some cases, you may need to click on a specific item in the Network tab to view more details. If needed, we will ask you to do this separately.

4. Contact Support

Scroll to the bottom of this Help Center page and click the "Contact us" button. Describe when and how the issue occurred in as much detail as possible. Attach the screenshots captured from the Console and Network tabs. Make sure the entire browser window, including the address bar, is visible in the screenshots.
