When payment is complete, you can always check the transmission results in the ‘Transmission Result’ tab.
Coupons are sent to the winners sequentially, so depending on the number of winners, it may take a long time to complete. Refresh the page to update the transmission status.
If you click the detail view on the right side of the list, you can view the status of each recipient. There is a resend button on the right side of each recipient, and it can be resent up to 5 times per recipient. When resending, it is possible to resend to another number, but resending to a different number does not cancel the first coupon sent, which means that the same coupon is sent to the specified number once more. If the recipient who received the first coupon uses the coupon, the later recipient cannot use the coupon.
