On the Menu > Payment information > Payment item page, you can view the invoice and credit card receipt by clicking the payment reference number.
However, if the payment was made using a credit card that was registered before January 26, 2026, you will be asked to enter one of the following three pieces of information:
- The cardholder name and payment amount entered at the time of payment
- The contact email address entered at the time of payment
- The credit card number used for the payment
After entering any one of the above, you will be able to view and print the credit card receipt.
If you attempt to view the credit card receipt but only see a blank window, it is likely due to a pop-up blocker. Please disable the pop-up blocker in your browser settings and try again.
