You can collect responses using form URL. You can share it through email, SMS, post it on notice board, etc. Form URL is case sensitive so please beware.
PLUS service users can configure the address under moaform.com/q/. Address under moaform.com/q/ features 3 to 100 characters consisting of capital and small case alphabets, numbers, -, and _. Changing the address does not allow responses to be given in default address and the same applies vice versa.
PRO service users can use serveyl.ink address instead of moaform.com address as response address not to expose Maoform brand. While using surveyl.ink address, you can configure the address under surveyl.ink/. Address under survey.ink/ features 3 to 100 characters consisting of capital and small case alphabets, numbers, -, and _. Changing the address to surveyl.ink does not allow responses to be given in moaform.com and the same applies vice versa.
