Payment Account Settings and Transaction Statement

On the Menu > Payment information page, you can view and manage all billing-related settings and payment records for your account in one place.

 

Billing account settings

In the billing account settings section, you can manage your current plan and payment options.

  • Plan

    Displays the plan currently in use for this account and its validity period. If Auto renewal is turned off, a Renew now button will appear, allowing you to immediately extend the usage period of your current plan.

  • Auto renewal

    Allows you to automatically renew and charge your current plan on a monthly or annual basis using a designated credit card.

  • Payment method

    You can register multiple credit cards and select one of the registered cards each time you make a payment. (When registering a card, a temporary charge of KRW 100 is made to verify that the card is valid and is immediately canceled. This amount is not actually billed, so please rest assured.)

  • Billing contact

    Payment-related notifications are sent to the email address registered here. By default, your account email address is used.

 

Payment history

You can view all payment records made under this account. Clicking a payment ID allows you to view the invoice and receipt for that payment.
