Paid Features

Moaform offers three plans: BASIC, PLUS, and PRO.

The PLUS and PRO plans are paid plans and can be used on either a monthly or annual basis.
When you choose an annual plan, you receive the equivalent of two months free, which is approximately a 17% discount compared to the monthly plan.

BASIC Plan

The BASIC plan is a free plan that is automatically provided to anyone who signs up for Moaform.
The features included in the BASIC plan are as follows.

• Unlimited forms
  • There is no limit to the number of forms you can create and manage.
  • You can organize and manage a large number of forms efficiently using a familiar folder-based file management system.
• Unlimited questions
  • There is no limit to the number of questions you can create within a single form.
  • However, forms with a large number of questions may load more slowly for respondents and may also take longer to display results.
• Unlimited responses
  • There is no limit to the number of responses you can collect per form.
  • Please note that forms with a very large number of responses may take longer to load result data.
• AI form builder
  • You can create forms by requesting them from AI in natural language, as if you were having a conversation.

  • You can insert variables into question text, including answers to other questions, scores from other questions, respondent information and custom variables

  • You can create custom variables using arithmetic calculations and use them in other questions or logic.

• Slack integration (real-time new response notifications)
  • You can connect your form to Slack.
  • When a new response is collected, a notification and response content are sent to the specified Slack channel.

• Embed forms on web pages
  • You can embed your forms directly into web pages.

  • You can insert images or YouTube videos into questions or answer options.
• Form styling
  • You can customize the appearance of your form.

• Assign scores to choice options
  • You can assign scores to each option in choice-based questions.
  • When a respondent selects an option, the assigned score is added to their response.
• Customize form button text
  • You can change the text of buttons displayed at the bottom of the form.
• Works on both PC and mobile
  • Forms work seamlessly on both PC and mobile without any additional configuration.
• Result by question and Result by respondent
  • Question-based results, showing aggregated statistics with tables and charts
  • Respondent-based results, showing all answers submitted by each respondent
  • Data collected using some paid features can only be viewed while using a paid plan.

  • You can download collected response data as Excel or CSV files using the Download button on the results page.

• Response password
  • You can require respondents to enter a password before they can submit a response.

• Show / Hide logic
  • You can show or hide specific questions or pages when certain conditions are met.

• Jump to logic
  • You can automatically move respondents to a specific page when certain conditions are met.

• End response logic
  • You can end a response and redirect the respondent to a designated ending page when certain conditions are met.

• Collaboration
  • You can add other Moaform users as collaborators to manage forms together.

• One result filter
  • You can filter results by question answers, response period, respondent number, response ID, or hidden field values.
  • On the BASIC plan, you can create and apply one filter at a time.
  • Paid plans allow multiple filters to be applied simultaneously.

• Form start and end time
  • You can set specific start and end times for your form.

• End by response count
  • You can automatically close the form when a specified number of responses is reached.

• Prevent duplicate responses (cookie and IP)
  • You can limit responses to one per cookie or IP address.

• Prevent duplicate responses (response codes and unique URLs)
  • You can distribute one-time response codes or unique URLs to collect responses.

• New response email notifications (every 24 hours)
  • Moaform checks for new responses once every 24 hours and sends a notification to your account email.
  • Paid plans offer more frequent notifications.

• Save and continue later
  • Respondents can temporarily save their progress and continue later.

• QR code for form distribution
  • A QR code for your form is provided.

• Share forms on social media
  • You can share forms directly on Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), and Band.

• Activity logs (1 week)
  • You can view activity logs for the past 7 days, including viewing response data, downloading response data, deleting response data and changing account or security settings, etc.
  • With the PRO plan, logs are available for up to 5 years.

PLUS Plan

The PLUS plan is a paid plan (17.9 USD per month or179 USD per year).

• Includes all BASIC plan features
  • Customize response page footer
  • You can replace the default Moaform promotional footer with your own text or images, such as a company logo.
• Customize status pages (Pending, Closed)
  • You can display custom messages instead of the default system messages when a form is waiting to start or has been closed.

  • You can receive new response notifications at shorter intervals.

The PRO plan is a paid plan (44.9 USD per month or 449 USD per year).

  • Allows respondents to upload files as part of their response.

  • You can download all files submitted through file upload questions at once.
• Quota settings for choice options (Up to 3-question combinations)
  • You can set quotas for specific choice options.
  • Once the quota is reached, the option becomes unavailable for selection.

• Respondent emails (automatic sending)
  • Automatically send emails to respondents after submission.
