- If you wish to issue an electronic tax receipt, please attach your business registration.

If you proceed as above, we will upgrade after confirming the payment. Please note that it may take several hours.
If you wish to purchase and send Reward coupons in cash, proceed as follows.
- Put all the coupons you want in your shopping cart.
- Please inform us your Moaform login ID and the title of the form containing the coupon in the shopping cart.
- If you wish to issue a cash receipt, please attach your business registration.

If you proceed as above, we will transmit the Reward coupons after payment is confirmed. If some transmissions fail, we will refund the failed.
